POLICE are investigating a massive alleged abuse scandal against a late doctor at a mental hospital where children were drugged and chucked into padded cells to be made “normal”.
A string of allegations have been made against the now-closed Aston Hall wiki children’s hospital near Derby and its boss Dr Kenneth Milner who died 41 years ago.

The 58 allegations include claims the psychiatrist and hospital chief superintendent injected children with truth serum sodium amytal before sexually abusing them.
Dozens have also said Milner, who worked at Broadmoor before going to Aston Hall between 1947 and 1975, was trying to “normalise” naughty children.
He died in 1976 just one year after he left the institution.

Police launched Operation Hydrant with health and social workers to investigate the abuse claims.
Officers have confirmed they are 58 allegations of abuse against Milner with more potential victims coming forward.
Writing a letter to the alleged victims, Derbyshire Police said: “We are now in possession of a report regarding the practices at Aston Hall. Based on this, we are currently in the process of recording various crime types in relation to accounts given by former residents.
“Once we are satisfied all accounts have been obtained, we will prepare a report for consideration of the Crown Prosecution Service.
“I would like to take this opportunity to re-emphasise that, although this work is extremely time consuming, the investigation team remain focused and committed to establishing the facts as to what took place.”

The dad-of-five said: “I was kicking and screaming on my way to Aston Hall. I remember being with some people from social services.
“When I was there, I was grabbed and put in a cell. That night Dr Milner and two nurses came into the cell.
“He gave me an injection and put a mask on me when I was tied down. He then gave me ether. But after that I don’t remember what happened. It made me go to sleep.
“I was experimented on while I was asleep. It happened to me twice and it was wrong.
“Once you’re in a place like that and things happen, it’s sick. It stays on your mind and people have wrongly labelled me in life because I stayed there.”

The 55-year-old said the abuse has stayed with him “for years”, and that he is relieved the police had racked up so many alleged crimes against Milner.
Another alleged victim, Trevor Bell, 62, says he was forced to take drugs when he was 13 after Milner labelled him an “uncontrollable child”.
He said: “I met Dr Milner on my second day and he explained about my treatment.
“He called it narco analysis but it was sodium amytal. They stripped me, put me in a padded room, everything was white.
“They gave me an injection, then put a pad over my face, covering everything except my nose. And then he poured ether on my face.
“They said they wanted to find out where things had gone wrong when I was a kid, why I was misbehaving. I was 13 years old. I didn’t understand a thing.”

Trevor is now working with a lawyer to get his medical records.
Sodium amytal is a strong barbiturate described as a “truth serum” because it makes the recipient lose all inhibitions. Dozens of former patients have made allegations of sexual abuse.
Amanda Solloway, MP for Derby North, who raised the issue in Parliament, said: “I think it’s very important that this has come in the public domain and the update from the police shows that anybody who was ever abused at any point in their life should feel confident to come forward because it will be taken seriously.
“Crimes have been identified and that is positive. I want to thank the police as well. A NURSE who kicked a mentally handicapped patient while wearing platform boots was struck off yesterday.
Her victim used to crawl and beg for food, which he called “Nibbets”.
When he approached Donna Roulston, she kicked him on the shins “full force” and swore at him, a nursing disciplinary body in London was told.
She has already been given a suspended jail term for that assault – and slapping and dragging by the neck two other patients at Aston Hall hospital, Derbys.

In both the USA and UK, the Intelligence agencies of those two, control they psychological and psychiatric facilities, practitioners and and treatment protocols. They control what Universities teach and what they license and practice. so mental hospitals and the like are no place for healing or caring. Just exploitation and abuse and trafficking. If one wanted to be able to “treat” people and help them, one needs to explore psychology on their own, weeding out the bad from the good.
I really think that among the best single book as a guide, I recommend Daniel Ryder’s “Breaking the Circle of Satanic Ritual abuse.” Amazon has plenty of these to sell so that one does not have to go broke to get a copy. Its one of the best deals out there. There are other books from there.I like Peter Levine’s stuff. I’ve been reading psychology for a long time. since 1983. Yes, I had a pet dinosaur once, before they all died out.
