New Documents Show Coco Chanel A Nazi Spy, Had An Affair With The Duke of Westminster Dec 5th 2014

Official Nazi documents prove that Coco Chanel was once a Nazi spy. She allegedly even had an affair with the Duke of Westminster and German officer.

According to Daily Mail, Coco Chanel is under scrutiny for her past connections with the Nazis. Recently discovered Nazi documents revealed that the woman famous for her contribution to the fashion industry also had a dark past. According to Mirror UK, Coco was once a Nazi spy. She was allegedly hired by the Nazi military intelligence division, the Abwehr, and given the code number – F-7124.

The documents, which were found in French Defence Ministry archives, also revealed Coco as being the mediator in peace talks between Britain and Germany. It’s believed she was chosen to talk to Britain to end the war because she already had close ties with Winston Churchill. She was also given her code name, Westminster. The name is supposedly in reference to her alleged affair with the 2nd Duke of Westminster 20 years ago. Documents allegedly also revealed she had an affair with a senior Gestapo officer named Baron Hans Gunther von Dincklage when she was 57 years old. Dincklage was reportedly highly regarded by Hitler and propaganda chief Joseph Goebbels when the pair met. Despite the officer being 13 years younger, he and Coco remained lovers for 10 years until after the war when they moved to Switzerland together.

The recent discovery of Coco Chanel being a Nazi spy contradicts previous claims made by the U.S. historian Hal Vaughan. He said Coco “didn’t believe in anything except fashion.” Vaughn, who also wrote a book about the woman’s links to the Nazis, claimed Coco only “believed in beautiful clothes, she believed in her business” and “didn’t care about Hitler or politics or Nazism.” However, he also claimed that Coco Chanel was a “consummate opportunist” who” gravitated to power and the Nazis were in power.” She reportedly even stayed at a luxurious suite at the Ritz Hotel during the Nazi occupation in Paris. She stayed at the hotel where the German’s used as headquarters for their air force. According to Vaughan, this revelation of Coco Chanel having links with the Germans and being a Nazi spy is something that people should just forget. Regardless of the documents’ proof, it’s reportedly “definitely something that a lot of people would have preferred to put aside.” Instead people could supposedly just focus on continuing with the sales of Chanel scarves and jewellery. Chanel’s two great love affairs were with Englishmen: first, Arthur “Boy” Capel, a playboy industrialist, who also ran top secret intelligence missions between Paris and London during the First World War. The Duke of Westminster – the 3rd richest Briton – died suddenly last night at the age of 64. It is understood the father-of-four, worth an estimated £9 billion, had a heart attack at Abbeystead House in Lancashire, his grouse shooting estate.

Gerald Cavendish Grosvenor, the 6th Duke, is the richest property developer in the UK, whose vast wealth comes from estates in Oxford, Cheshire, and Scotland as well as huge swathes of Mayfair and Belgravia. His tragic death means that his son Hugh will now inherit the entire estate, including the family seat in Cheshire, Eaton Hall, at the age of just 25.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge regularly borrowed the Duke of Westminster’s £8million Cessna jet for their private trips and holidays, including a visit to France last month.

Kate and William were also said to have used the aircraft, which would cost £12,000-a-day to hire, in March, when they took their children to the pretty village of Courchevel in the French Alps on their first family holiday.

At the time, royal officials declined to comment on whether the family took a commercial flight or a private plane – although the timings and the fact that they weren’t spotted at an airport suggested that they may well have taken a private jet.

Prince George also flew on the plane when he was just a few weeks old, travelling up to Scotland to visit his great-grandfather, Prince Philip.

The couple also used it to fly to Balmoral last summer to see the Queen on her annual temporary residence.

A spokesman for the family said tonight: “It is with the greatest sadness that we can confirm that the Duke of Westminster, Gerald Cavendish Grosvenor (64) died this afternoon at Royal Preston Hospital. Major-General Gerald Cavendish Grosvenor, 6th Duke of Westminster, KG, CB, CVO, OBE, TD, CD, DL (22 December 1951 – 9 August 2016) was a British landowner, businessman, philanthropist and Territorial Army general. He was the son of Robert George Grosvenor, 5th Duke of Westminster and The Hon. Viola Maud Lyttelton. He was Chairman of the property company Grosvenor Group.^[1]

He was educated at Harrow School and the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst. In 2005, he became Chancellor of the University of Chester.

Via Grosvenor Estates, the Duke was the richest property developer in the United Kingdom and one of the country’s largest landowners, with vast estates in Oxford, Cheshire and Scotland, as well as large areas of Mayfair and Belgravia in Central London, Liverpool City Centre, and elsewhere in Europe. According to the Sunday Times Rich List 2016, the Duke was worth £9.35 billion (c. US$13 billion), placing him sixth in the list and making him the third-richest British national.

In 2011, having already funded a feasibility study, the Duke purchased the estate at Stanford Hall, Nottinghamshire to make possible the creation of a Defence and National Rehabilitation Centre (DNRC) to provide the highest quality support for military casualties.^[2] It is intended that the new facilities which are under construction for completion in 2018 will replace those at Headley Court.^[3] ^[4] The Duke remained actively involved in the project until his death.^[5]

The title Duke of Westminster was created by Queen Victoria in 1874 and bestowed upon Hugh Grosvenor, 3rd Marquess of Westminster. The present holder of the title is Hugh Grosvenor, having inherited the title on 9 August 2016 following the death of his father, Gerald.

The richest man in Great Britain was a customer of the same high-end prostitution service patronized by Gov. Spitzer.

The Duke of Westminster, listed as the world’s 46th richest person by Forbes magazine, hired four hookers over a six-week stretch in late 2006 and early last year, the News of the World reported last year.

Despite his incredible wealth, multi-billionaire Gerald Cavendish Grosvenor haggled with one of the Emperors Club girls for the cost of their date, according to the report.

Prostitute Zana Brazdek, then 26, described the 56-year-old Grosvenor as dull and demanding. “I thought his conversation was quite boring,” the Lithuanian woman told the newspaper. “He talked about the Army, going to Afghanistan and bin Laden. And he wanted unprotected sex. I refused.”

The court documents that took down Spitzer and identified the disgraced governor at “Client 9” also included information on nine other men who hired hookers from the sex ring.

The documents did not name any of the men, but the papers noted that “Client 6” enjoyed a romp with a hooker named “Astrid” in London. “Client 6” then called the Emperors Club to inquire about another girl for a follow-up session, the papers said.

The British reports about Grosvenor said the duke’s prostitutes were young enough to be his daughters. They also had an international flair: In addition to the pair from the former Soviet Union, Grosvenor entertained an Asian woman in knee-high boots and a Brazilian.

The hookers included a Russian who went by the name of Stella. She told reporters that her clients preferred whips and stiletto heels. “At six o’clock,” she said in a thick Russian accent, “I stop to be a good girl.”

Like Spitzer, Grosvenor is married – and he has four children with wife Natalia. The duke had close ties to the royal family and is one of Prince Charles’ best friends. Grosvenor also is Prince William’s godfather.

The duke was an official in the ministry of defense, overseeing Britain’s reservists – including thousands who served in Iraq and Afghanistan. He recently stepped down from that position due to the scandal and subsequent media attention. “Reckless, boastful, stupid, weak – such lacerating words hardly exaggerate the case against the duke,” wrote the Daily Mail. This week the new Duke of Westminster inherited a multi-billion pound property portfolio – which began with his ancestor Sir Thomas Grosvenor acquiring 500 acres of swamp, pasture and orchards in the 1670s.

The expansive business owned by the Grosvenor family started 338 years ago when Sir Thomas, an ancestor of the late 6th Duke of Westminster, married a wealthy heiress.

In 1677, Sir Thomas wed Mary Davies who had just inherited a medieval manor in Middlesex – now part of London – and 500 acres of swamp, pasture and orchards to the west of the capital.

The land that she received remained relatively untouched until the Grosvenor family began developing the area in 1720.

The 500 acres of swamp, pasture and orchards which fell into the hands of Sir Thomas Grosvenor in the 1670s did not promise much. But three centuries later is still forms part of an extraordinary multi-billion pound property portfolio

The programme requested details of the number of landowners claiming a slice of the £3.5bn subsidy in the UK.

The EU’s Agriculture Commissioner has called for a cap of about £250,000 for each farmer and measures to ensure that they are actively farming their land.

A Highland mansion belonging to one of Britain’s richest men – and once used by Prince Charles and Diana, Princess of Wales – is being sold at a knockdown £450,000.

The 15 bedroom Lochmore Lodge, in Sutherland, belongs to Gerald Grosvenor, the 6th Duke of Westminster.

The Duke – Britain’s richest landowner and godfather to Prince William – had wanted to demolish the run down pile, one of his least used but most historic properties, and return the site to grassland.

Britain’s wealthiest landowner, the Duke of Westminster, is to donate a country pile to the nation that will become a treatment centre for wounded soldiers and civilians.

Grade II-listed Stanford Hall, in Leicestershire, is to get a £300million conversion that will see it become Britain’s largest rehabilitation complex, according to the Sunday Times.

Edwina Grosvenor: the lady who can’t leave jail

Born into almost unimaginable wealth and privilege, Lady Edwina Grosvenor is not someone you might expect to bump into on a prison landing. But over the past 12 years, the second daughter of Britain’s richest landowner (the Duke of Westminster, 7th on Britain’s Rich List with a fortune of around £7.3bn) has been quietly establishing a role for herself as a discreet but potent champion of prison reform.

Her work, which began when she spent part of her gap year working in Kathmandu Central prison in Nepal when she was 18, has taken her into more than 50 prisons in the UK and abroad.

Aged 22, she commissioned research into the multiple needs of ex-offenders. Since then she has sat in on prisoner adjudications, been involved in restorative justice sessions and spent a year as a support worker in the notorious Styal women’s prison in Cheshire.

As impressive as her prison-related activities are however, the big question for me is: why?

We meet for lunch in the Clink restaurant, the fine dining eatery at High Down prison in Surrey, which provides high-level catering training for prisoners. Grosvenor is a trustee of the Clink charity and has invested several hundred thousand pounds in the start up costs. This month saw the launch of another Clink restaurant, in HMP Cardiff, which unlike the Clink in High Down is open to the public. If all goes to plan, the concept will be rolled out in up to a dozen prisons across the country.

I ask her, does she know who Lady Bountiful is? Her blue eyes flash defensively and then she lets out a little laugh. “Yeah,” she says. So is she Lady Bountiful?

“That depends on people’s views, really. My view is that I cannot escape the fact that I am a wealthy person and the daughter of a duke and duchess, because I am, and I’m not apologetic about that. You can be embarrassed about it or you can forget about it or you can be proud of it and I’ve done all those things. I’m now 30 and I feel more at peace with myself and I’m more confident about what I’m doing. At the end of the day I think people should be judged on what they do and how they do it.”

And why they do it? “Yes, and why they do it.” So why does she do it, this prison reform thing? “From a young age closed institutions fascinated me and things I didn’t know about I wanted to know about.”

She recounts her father taking her in her early teens to a drug rehabilitation centre in Liverpool where she met recovering addicts. Later her mother took her to a charity supporting troubled families. “It was something darker than I was used to,” she says. “I remember feeling quite outraged that nobody at school had taught me anything about this other way of life. I wanted to know more.”
