  1. Our laws are outdated for corrupt governments and law. This is the 2nd case of this I have come across. How easy it wold be to plant child porn. once their computer has been taken, they could do anything. The law should say that anytime an accusation of sex abuse comes along, that no porn charges can be heard until the case has been completely settled, including appeals. And if the case proves proves to be true, then all porn charges should be automatically dismissed. Why were the images not discover before he made his charges? Too much convenient coincidence.

Coincidence is known legal circles in many circumstances as the doctrine of Temporal Proximity, which is a fancy way of saying the coincidence was too convenient. the example being a whistle blower at work, who is then fired soon after for some stupid little thing. the close proximity of the two events constitutes established evidence of guilt on the part of the employer who then must prove there was really just cause for the action. If the employer can not do so, then he is deemed guilty and the prescribed judgement is rendered, likely a money settlement.

The problem is that the dirty SOB who potentially pull this crap. own the cops, the government and any institutions. They are not to pass laws that would condemn them or rob them of a good way out. It is quite evident that the battle to prosecute evil abusers is nearly impossible, if not fully so. Ours is more battle to spread the news ans warn people of what they are up against. Our world is a very nasty place for decent people, especially the young.

    1. Yip.. I believe it was planted. We KNOW they can & do hack into computers. Dead easy for a hacker to plant vile images.
Its all just to shut him up & to “dissuade” others from coming forward.
